COVID-19 – COINSTAR RESPONSE
Coinstar wants to address concerns you may have regarding COVID-19 and to ensure you that we are taking extra precautions and doing everything possible to mitigate risk and prevent the spread of the virus.
We are committed to maintaining safe and clean kiosks for you and your customers.
Coinstar already has strict procedures for kiosk cleaning with approved disinfectants. In addition, we have implemented several new policies and procedures, which follow recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) which include washing and sanitizing hands, tools, and cleaning all contact surfaces with disinfectant at every visit.
To ensure everyone’s safety, Coinstar employees who are feeling ill, have come into contact with anyone who is sick, or have recently visited a country with an outbreak of corona virus have been told to stay home until cleared by a doctor.
We are extending sick pay to employees that need to take more time off than they have. If your technician becomes sick, we have plans to make sure your kiosk is still serviced in a timely manner.
