We provide you with all the tools you need to hit the ground running with your new coin program and Anthony kiosk. Your Coinstar for Financial team will provide either onsite or remote training for your branch employees so they can help your customers with confidence. And with clear, customizable signage for your kiosk, customers will know exactly what to do when they encounter your new machine.

Your Team of Experts

Your support at Coinstar for Financial includes your relationship manager, our technicians in the field, our software engineers, and others back at our home office. What do they have in common? One goal: to provide you a consistent, turnkey solution to your branch’s coin counting needs.


No, but every institution is different. You set the fee schedule and determine whether or not you want to charge your customers for the service. Also, some of our eGift Card options have no fees for customers. eGift Card fees vary by brand. There is also no fee for our Donate to Charity option.

If your institution has enabled the Coinstar retail kiosk network for customer or member transfers of coins and cash to their account, your agreement will determine the fees that will be paid. It is up to you to determine if those fees (or a portion) are charged directly to your customers or members during the configuration of the service.

The Anthony kiosk, designed for the in-branch experience, is customizable based upon your needs. We have several different products to choose from. Your customers can convert coins to cash, transfer the coins directly into their account, get an eGift card or donate their coins to charity.

Coinstar works with several different national charities. You can have all of the charities on your kiosk or can select which of the available charities appear. You can find a list of our charity partners on the Coinstar for customers website by following this link.

No, all of our kiosks communicate through a wireless cellular modem that we provide. There is no network connectivity required on your part!

We just need a standard power outlet located no more than 3 feet from where you want the kiosk placed.

Anthony has a smaller footprint than our green retail machines, taking up about 8 total square feet. The kiosk is 75″ tall with the customizable poster (59″ without the poster), 37″ wide, and 31.5″ deep.

Anthony is small but mighty, and our “Never Full” philosophy keeps your kiosk up and running with a data-driven pickup rhythm.

Anthony is equipped with sound deadening material on the inside of the unit for ultra quiet operation. It has a decibel rating of 65 db.

Yes! Anthony kiosks are branded with your information. We use your logo all throughout the user interface and customize your voucher with your specific information. We also provide you with a generic poster that goes on top of the kiosk, but if you would like to customize that with your specific information, we can provide you with a template to have a custom poster printed.

Yes! Even if you are not taking advantage of our in-branch solutions, you can connect to the Retail Remote Transfer network and reap the benefits of our off-site retail kiosks.

At participating Coinstar kiosks with cash acceptors, your customers can transfer both coins and cash to their debit-enabled checking accounts.

All of our retail kiosks are findable through Apple and Google Maps! Your customers can visit our website to find the nearest Retail Remote Transfer-enabled kiosk nearby.
